TIME CHANGE 
PROSTAR 56/120 ELECTRONIC PHONE SYSTEM

Due to the recent time change or upcoming time change, Telecom has prepared the following instructions for you to change the time on your phone system. Please read the instructions first, and then follow them exactly as listed. If you have difficulty or have any questions, please call me at 706-882-1777. Due to the time change, the volume of calls is high at Telecom. Your call may have to be returned in the order it was received.

You will need a display phone with the receiver on the hook.

DIAL DISPLAY SHOWS
STEP 1. #20 OPEN SYSTEM PGM-ENTER CODE
STEP 2. 1234 
STEP 3. MUTE OPEN SYSTEM PGM-OPENED
STEP 4. # 
STEP 5. #70 YYMM/DDWHH:MM
STEP 6. Enter: Year, Month
Day
Exp: Monday is 1
Tuesday is 2
STEP 8. Enter: Hours: Minutes
Military Time only
Ex: 13:05 = 1:05 p.m.
STEP 9. # when finished to save NEW DATE & TIME ON ALL PHONES.
NO NEED TO DO THIS ON EACH 
INDIVIDUAL PHONE.



Note: By following the above instructions, changing the date & time on your
Phone system should go smoothly. If you make a mistake, just press the
# key, pick up the handset and set it back down and start over again.
